Warranty and Returns
1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURES WARRANTY
We offer a 1 year manufactures warranty on all products. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, anticipated wear, or damage from the elements. Do not leave any products outside as prolonged exposure to sun, cold and heat will degrade them. Damage due to weather exposure is not covered under warranty. Proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage.
Please email Info@BucketGolfGame.com or call us at 415-237-3162 with the following information and then products deemed defective will be exchanged ASAP:
- Picture of damage(s)
- How the damage occured
- Order number or Copy of receipt
- Name and shipping address
90-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you can return it for a full refund within 90 days.
All BucketGolf products are returnable within 90 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be applied to the same credit card that was used for the original order. We kindly ask that our customers do take care of the return shipping.
Please email us first at Info@BucketGolfGame.com with a brief message on what you didn't like about the product and why you're returning it so we can assist you. Do not just send your product back before emailing with us as orders can get lost in transit or the warehouse when we don't know they're coming or who from. After emailing with a BucketGolf representative Repack the item(s) you wish to return securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt and processing for a refund to be issued back onto your credit card.

All orders placed will ship out within 1 business day. Transit times are based on your distance from our warehouses in California, Toronto, Vancouver, and Sydney australia and will arrive within about 3-5 business days.
